Do you use wheel(why you have then mapped a key to accelaration ) or do you keyboard to drive?

What about using for compressing the video XVID codec.Its for free.
You could try M$ media encoder which produce .WMV files or DIVX codec.

I would say these are much better then quicktime.Very unusual codec to use.

• 1st check the batteries if they have still enough juice/or replace the batteries competlz for a new one
  
• some radiowave mouse/keyboards really dont like when they are more then 2-3 meters from the transceiver especially some Microsoft wireless mouse have this issue.

Maybe this could be cheaper way to go as you wouldnt have to upgrade your PSU but I have never saw it running live so I cant really say anything wrong or bad about this solution.

I was trying to search a bit on internet but I couldnt find any info about this system so I dont know how far the system is upgradable.

EDIT:I found it have just 250W power supply which is really not enought if you going to upgrade.It seems the PSU can be upgraded as well.
You need at least some 400W brand PSU with at least 18-20A on +12V rail.
